To cancel or reschedule find the link found in the sites drop down menu then create a password with the email used to book, proceed with logging in and you'll be able to manage any scheduled appointments. Please don't contact Harley to cancel or reschedule unless for some reason you’re unable to do so online. Arrive 10 minutes or more late you may be asked to reschedule and charged a $50 fee. No shows and cancellations within 24 hours will result in a $50 fee for appointment times less than 1 hour, a $100 fee for 1 hour appointments and a $150 fee for appointment times that were 90 minutes or more; If the service was prepaid or part of a package it may be redeemed by this establishment to compensate the appointment cost however you may elect to pay the appropriate fee amount if you wish to reschedule the session. 3% surcharge added for customers paying with debit or credit cards to cover transaction costs - Bring cash or pay with Zelle to avoid the fee. ** Discontinue use of any exfoliating items at least 72 hours prior to any service **
