Policy
To cancel or reschedule find the link found in the sites drop down menu then create a password with the email used to book, proceed with logging in and you'll be able to manage any scheduled appointments. Please don't contact Harley to cancel or reschedule unless for some reason you’re unable to do so online. Arrive 10 minutes or more late you may be asked to reschedule and charged an additional consultation fee. Consultations are non-refundable but can be rescheduled with 24 hour notice. Cancelling or rescheduling within 24 hours forfeits your consultation deposit. Consultation cost is not applied toward product or service costs. Consultations within 24 hours can not be rescheduled without paying for an additional appointment time.
