To cancel or reschedule find the link found in the drop down menu on Harley's site. Create an account or login with the email used to book and you'll easily be able to manage any scheduled appointments. Please don't contact Harley to cancel or reschedule unless for some reason you’re unable to do so online. Arrive 10 minutes or more late you may be asked to reschedule and charged for the scheduled service or an amount Harley finds fair. No shows / cancellations within 24 hours may result in being charged for the scheduled service or an amount Harley finds fair.
