To cancel or reschedule find the link found in the sites drop down menu then create a password with the email used to book, proceed with logging in and you'll be able to manage any scheduled appointments. Please don't contact Harley to cancel or reschedule unless for some reason you’re unable to do so online. Arrive 10 minutes or more late you may be asked to reschedule and charged a $50 fee.
